Fisher House Victoria

Our goal at Fisher House is to help ensure that your visit to Victoria is a fantastic experience. If there is anything we can do to assist you in preparation for your visit, please call on us. To help us provide you with the best experience possible, thank you for reading our policies beforehand.

• Quiet hours after 9:30 pm
• Check in 4-6pm. By arrangement, another time can be accommodated.
• Check out by 11 a.m.-Storage of luggage is available if departure will be later.
• While we rarely see them at Fisher House, children are welcome.
• Smoking is permitted outside only, please.
• We regret pets other than Max and Lucy won’t be able to stay with us.
• Visa, MasterCard, and cash are accepted.

Cancellation/Reservation Policy

All reservations are subject to our 14 day cancellation policy.

• A deposit of the first night’s accommodation will be taken at the time the reservation is made. This will be applied to your balance to be paid on arrival for your stay.
• This deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room.
• Less than 14 days notice of cancellation, there will be a charge of one room night
• Less than 7 days notice of cancellation there will be one room night plus the balance of the full reservation. We will make every effort to re-rent the room for you, and if we are able, we will refund half the income received for the balance of the reservation.
