Our goal at Fisher House is to help ensure that your visit to our Victoria lodging is a fantastic experience. If there is anything we can do to assist you in preparation for your downtown Victoria bed and breakfast visit, please call on us. Policies:
- Quiet hours after 9:30 pm
- Check in 4-6pm. By arrangement, another time can easily be accommodated.
- Check out by 10:30 a.m.-Storage of luggage is available if departure will be later.
- While we rarely see them at Fisher House, well behaved children over the age of 2 are welcome.
- Smoking is permitted outside only, please.
- We regret pets won’t be able to stay with us. We are a pet-free accommodation.
- Covid and Flu: Mask use is personal preference, we do ask that you reschedule your trip if you are having any flu-like symptoms.
- Visa, MasterCard, e-transfer and cash are accepted.

Cancellation/Reservation Policy:
All reservations are subject to our 14 day cancellation policy.
- A credit card number is taken to secure the room, and a 30% deposit will be taken.
- Cancellation will result in loss of the deposit unless the room can be filled less a $10 processing fee.
- Less than 15 days notice of cancellation, the full amount of the reservation is due. If we are able to re-book any of the nights in your reservation, you will be issued a refund for those nights less a $10 processing fee for those nights.
